Initial Payment
To book the chosen apartment online, select it and include the requested information. In this first step, an initial online payment will be made by credit card, representing 50% of the total amount. If the provided credit card is invalid and the charge cannot be processed, a member of our team will contact you. If the card number is not changed or we cannot reach you, the reservation may be canceled, and an email will be sent confirming this cancellation.
Reservation Confirmation
Once the initial payment has been made, the reservation will be confirmed instantly, and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your booking (reservation details, apartment address, contact person's information, etc.).
Final Payment
The remaining 50% of the amount will be charged 7 days before your arrival at the selected apartment. If a reservation is made less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be charged upon booking, and you will receive an email with all the details.

Arrivals and Departures
Normal check-in time: from 15:00 hours. Normal check-out time: until 11:00 hours. Electricity, gas, and water costs are included in the rental price. Accommodations are cleaned before each entry and will be equipped with sheets and towels. A cleaning and sheet change service is offered if the stay is 7 days or more, or an additional service for €30 if shorter. The customer must leave the property in acceptable conditions.
